Refund policy

At GUL CHEEN, we strive to provide premium perfumes and a smooth shopping experience. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to return your item within 15 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be mostly unused, in the same condition as when received, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gulcheen.pk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@gulcheen.pk if:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom or personalized items,
  • Hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids or gases).

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item by following the return process above.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gulcheen.pk.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
