This policy explains the full details of the X Card — a special lifetime discount benefit for our most loyal customers at GUL CHEEN – Fragrances.

🧾 What is the X Card?

The X Card is a physical, lifetime-use discount card that offers you 50%, 40%, or 30% off — depending on the card type.

This program is our way of rewarding those who stay loyal to GUL CHEEN and keep returning for their favorite perfumes.

Unlike regular discount cards, each X Card comes with a simple usage system and a “stay active to keep using” rule. Please read carefully.

🎁 How to Get the X Card

• You can only get an X Card when you purchase Feel Me (50ml) perfume.

• During buying Feel Me, you’ll be asked to select one card:

  • 🔥 X50 (50% Discount)

  • ⚡ X40 (40% Discount)

  • 🌿 X30 (30% Discount)

• One card is provided per Feel Me order.

• Your selected card will be physically delivered inside your perfume box.

⏳ Types of X Cards & How They Work

Each card gives you a discount on one 50ml full-priced perfume in every allowed cycle.

But to keep the card active, you must place at least one 50ml perfume order within that card’s active cycle:

🔥 X50 Card – 50% Discount (Use every 30 days)

• 1 order allowed every 30 days

• Example:

  • 1 June – 30 June → 1 order → 50% off

  • 1 July – 30 July → 1 order → 50% off

  • 1 August – 30 August → 1 order → 50% off

⚡ X40 Card – 40% Discount (Use every 60 days)

• 1 order allowed every 60 days

• Example:

  • 1 June – 31 July → 1 order → 40% off

  • 1 August – 30 September → 1 order → 40% off

  • 1 October – 30 November → 1 order → 40% off

🌿 X30 Card – 30% Discount (Use every 90 days)

• 1 order allowed every 90 days

• Example:

  • 1 June – 31 August → 1 order → 30% off

  • 1 September – 30 November → 1 order → 30% off

  • 1 December – 29 February → 1 order → 30% off

💸 How the Discount Works

• Discount applies to only 1 full-price 50ml perfume per order

• If you order more than one perfume, message us which one you want the discount on

• The card can’t be used on:

  • Bundles

  • Tester packs

  • Already discounted products

• Discount must be claimed through WhatsApp — details below

📲 How to Use Your X Card

1. Place your order on gulcheen.pk

2. Immediately message us on WhatsApp: +923709314804

   • Send your Order Number

   • Send a clear photo of your X Card

3. Our team will verify your card and manually apply the discount

4. You will receive a confirmation message with your updated discounted total

⚠️ Note: If you don’t message us the same day, discount won’t be applied.

✅ Important Rule – Stay Active or Card Will Deactivate

To keep your card active:

• Place at least one 50ml perfume order within each cycle (30/60/90 days)

• If you miss the cycle → card will deactivate automatically

But don’t worry — you can reactivate it easily 👇

🔁 How to Reactivate Your Card

If your card gets deactivated due to missed cycles:

• You must place one 50ml perfume order for each missed cycle

• Plus one for the current cycle

• All perfumes will get the discount

• Once complete, your card will be reactivated

Example:

You have 🔥 X50 (30-day) card

👉 You must order 4 perfumes (3 missed + 1 current) — all with discount — to reactivate the card.

• Card is non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• Only valid on regular 50ml perfumes

• Can’t be used on bundles, testers, or discounted products
